Oh my god the planning. If anyone knew the amount of effort I put into every trip I go on, no matter how small, they'd put me in a nut house. It is completely neurotic.
I have a suggestion for the stinky breath that has worked for me. Salad! As much as you can possibly stand. No dressing. Always eat it at the end of the meal. Poultry and fish don't give me bad breath either, where red meat (especially pork) and also sugars (even fruit juices) are a different story altogether. But still, a big bowl of salad at the end of a meal will help a lot. I make up a huge tupperware container of salad (lettuce, green and red peppers, celery, cucumber, carrots, sprouts) and I'll finish it in a couple of days. And all I drink is purified water. It has made a huge difference for me. Good luck.
