Re: My perspective on a few points.
I agree with SG
I went through approx 15 doctors before I could find one I could work with naturally and not try to pump me up with meds.....MOST did more harm than good in the beginning........now, I'M IN CONTROL.
anyway, this latest one couldn't because what I was doing WORKED and brought my levels down and she couldn't insist on meds anymore.
I too, had congested liver, In the beginning I was bedridden and unable to bathe myself or feed myself (read my posts, along with being very crabby, as liver controls emotions) LOL and now since doing all the things I've suggested, I now work out with a trainer and cleaned my own 2400 s.f. home from ceiling to floor the other day by myself in 7 hours! When before I couldn't even empty the dishwasher...All of my labs are normal except thyroid but my meds have been reduced from 180mg to 120. I am that much improved from a year ago! so, don't let all of this overwhelm you.....your body can and will heal itself. You have gotten very good outlined advice here from several posters and it will all work eventually.....it takes time to kick in ....be patient, be persistent, be aware, it will seem like a roller coaster ride from time to time, as you are peeling the layers of an onion and getting out toxins that have been there for a long, long time... but I'm living proof (as well as so many others) that there is light at the end of the tunnel!
Be happy you discovered this wonderful group of people early in your journey! It's a blessing.
much love,
auntie
