Re: Plantar Fasciitis from rebounding

Joe,

do you also drybrush your skin? Or just rebound?

I can't tell you about rebounding, perse. I can tell you that plantar fascitis is caused by the plantar nerve becoming tight and possibly your achilles tendon (learned this in a class I took). Although,I cannot diagnose that to be certain. Yet I can suggest that you either see someone who can massage your feet (or if you have a Sign./Other), a reflexologist to work your reflex zones, or maybe rub your plantar nerve and back of the heel and ankle to loosen that area. Hope this helps.

Love, Light and Peace,
B2
