Re: Plantar Fasciitis from rebounding

thats very intersting..although i cant give any advice, as a newbie to
rebounding, i have actually been jumping on my heels.
my thoery was is shocks the bone more to stimulate bone density..
and according to the reflexology that part of the heel stimulates the
syatic nerve which i have had trouble in the past but not these days.
i read from a verygood source it is good to do like you said to just bounce lightly
on your feet, that is enough to push the lymph up, and make it move up, and i read that it then goes all the way up to the thoraric duct and has a gyser affect.
this is very important cause it then puts the lymph system in a renewed state to be able to draw out more dead cells, waste, extra fluid, and trapped blood protiens
that end up outside the cell in the intersital spaces around the cells(not good)
Im just talking about what i learned, so cant really give any advise about your heel
but wish you good health with that and i think keep rebounding.I talked to one
forum member and he even continued by jumping on his knees.
and come to think of it i had a lump on top of my foot, and it went away with
rebounding every day i belive...
I have a book by a famous lymphologist and he shows pictures of many differnet ways
to rebound. even seated for people who might be in a wheel chair, and you can bounce out your bottom, and on your back for disable people.
so keep up the jumpin...good health..
