I suffer from plantar fasciitis, too, and I also rebound daily. What prevents mine from flaring up is stretching my calves & feet (just google 'plantar fasciitis stretches'). I stretch in the morning and also immediately after rebounding while my muscles are warmed up. I haven't experienced heel pain for months. Hope you find relief soon!
