Re: Is SWF necessary?

Hello Everyone,
especially the ones suffering from drinking swf. I'm not sure if American salt is different, but the one in Holland is u n d r i n k a b l e. it really was stopping at my throat and twice I thought I would vomit.

As advised by someone I added peppermint tea to smooth the torture. one was not enough. when I had prepared a 2nd one and added it in to the the already above 1 Litre jug, an hour had passed since I begun the drinking. even with 2 peppermint teas, i was able to only drink 3 glasses.

1) are there currently any people on the Master-Cleanse who live in the NL? can anyone suggest a salt brand to use please? I never came across any of the here previously mentioned brands.

2) does it really take over an hour to drink the Litre (your quart) of swf? not asking the ones who don't suffer, just the experience of those who really hate it.
