As has been posted throughout this forum (but most likely way back in the archives), the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is very beneficial to your system – did you get a chance to exam the stuff that was eliminated from your intestines? It is unlike anything else. To not flush is to leave the extracted toxins in your intestines and if they stay there long enough, they will just get reabsorbed. If the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is not your thing, at least make sure you are eliminating everyday (through herbal tea) so as to wash out what the cleanse has brought to the surface. Reabsorbed toxins can sometimes be harsher on your system then when they were first introduced.

I don’t like the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) either – so I hear you loud and clear. Cheers
