Is this TRUE? Even if she MARRIES an american man and he is fine with it? It's HEP B not HEP C...although I do not know the difference. Do they always do a BLOOD TEST before allowing someone to come to america? I have never heard of this?

Do you know how I can find out more info about this keeping her from getting a passport? Before I spend $1000's to fly me and my friend out there to start the process. Thank you! If you want to email me privately about this, that is fine too! Thanks very much!
