You are a true teacher. Having spread the word, and those taking up the practice now teaching others. It must feel very uplifting and humbling at the same time.

I see this among my family and friends... not only that, those around me that now OP are MUCH easier to get along with than they used to be. I am wondering if it made that much of a difference in my behavior and theirs.

I think Trapper said that the 20 minute vow of silence may have some sort of great healing aspect as well. Maybe a meditative state... Tweet
