wheatgrass

this is so easy to grow, its so full of nutrients, and grows so fast, you will be shocked you never did it before. it will survive a light freeze, but not a hard one. but it grows so fast that losing a crop is no big deal. this means that if you get a spell of warm weather in the spring you can plant a quick crop and not worry that it may still freeze.

growing indoors is tough due to major mold problems, but outside this is a non-issue. i sprout mine inside using energized water. i soak in e-water with a few squirts of lemon juice and a bit of molasses overnight, then allow them to sprout. then i plant them. this method works fabulously.

grass is the easiest thing you will ever grow. the only problem is that early on before they take root the birds LOVE to pick the sprouts. but this phase only lasts a short while. you can lay down wire mesh or just allow the bird their share. don't be shy about planting lots of seeds close together.

greenstar is the juicer everyone is raving about these day. i use an omega it works great for all greens. the lexen is the least expensive juicer that will do wheatgrass that i know of. the omega, the lexen and the samson all have nearly identical designs.

let me know if you do this. for taste you will definitely want to mix it with lemon and orange juice. or any citrus.
