several questions
1- Question About Distilled Water.
Many (most ) people truly believe that distilled water will kill a human b/c it has no minerals. They often say taht distilled water will kill a plant and such things. Why this? who spreads these claims? Can you explain the whole truth instead? And further, should we add something ( minerals ) to our water before drinking it?
2- Question About Food Combining.
Many of the most popular raw food recipes mix different types of grounded nuts with fresh/dried sweet fruits. In my experience this combinations are very hard to digest and cause fermentation in the gut. I get candida overgrowth if I indulge in such treats more than once in a while. I would like to know your opinion about this.
3- Question About Concentrated Sugars.
I would like to know yr opinion about dreied fruits and raw honey. Is it good to consume these foods daily? Is there a maximum?
4- Question About Vegetables/Fruitarianism .
I have gone thru 1 year of raw foodism and I came to the conclusion that raw fruits AND greens are both very important for my health. A lot of issues (such as gum disease and weak nails) remained unresolved while sticking to the 100% fruitarian lifestyle, and seemed to get a lot better when I started adding green smoothies. I know you do not usually recommend eating greens, why that? After all, chimpanzees and gorillas chew green leaves all day long.
5- Question About Organic/Conventional Produce
I remember reading several posts in which you stated that there is no much difference between conventional and organic produce. (Personally I can actually taste the difference since conventionals are often very bland. After eating a lot of fresh produced I also developed high sensitivity to chemicals and often notice strange tastes that other people don't). I have learned to shun most contaminated items and found my way in a compromise (100%organic is way too pricey), but, sometimes I find seedless fruits and ask myself about GMO...what about this issue? Isn't it something we should worry about?
Thanks for your insights
