Re: several questions

your bring up a good subject. everyone is different depending on lifestyle and other decisions/habits.

i personally feel vegetable juicing would be very beneficial and for the average person who tries to continue in the raw direction quite a necessity for getting all the necessary vitamins and minerals. all fruits is not the way for me. but thats not something i can attribute to the fruits, probably more to my lifestyle in general. if one would get more sunshine for example an all fruit diet is much easier to keep up. atleast, my humble observation seems to get to that conclusion.

anyway i dont think i agree on MH's stand on vegetables. i feel it is a suitable and rich source of vitamins and, especially minerals

my opinion on organic/non-organic: the only reason for me to buy organic fruits and vegetables is spraying of chemicals on the non-organic fruits/vegetables. i dont care much about parasites/germs even if they would theoratically be in larger population on organic fruits/vegetables. parasites and germs can be somewhat dealth with in the body, chemicals on the other hand, is one of the few things in relationship to health i REALLY want to look out for 24/7. you wont see me eating a non-organic apple. i prefer to eat a 'diet' partly consisting of cooked food and pasteurized diary then an all raw non-organic fruit/vegetable diet. call me delusional but i have strong intuitive feelings about non-organic fruits like apples and oranges which basically tell me not to consume them.

the problem for me with going all raw is, there is hardly a variety in organic vegetables/fruits available over here and expensive. i know MH says health is inexpensive but thats simply a somewhat colored picture he is painting if i may say so. yes, it is inexpensive if one would live in a natural environment. city is a different story. then MH will probably say something in the sense of 'then move out of the city into a healthier environment' but thats not reasonable. we have to somewhat deal with our environment and suggesting things like that is not realistic

anyway back to the subject, the organic food, it is one sided and therefore i have to stick with partly non-organic foods which basically disables me to not eat a raw diet at all but to incorporate crap foods because the choice isnt really there.

i would need less food if i were to have more sunlight and healthier air, but since a few months living in a big city doesnt really help

i see i have been rambling abit
