I have suffered w/ insomnia for YEARS! Ambien doesn't even work for me. The other drugs have just made me groggy the next day. I have found that Lunesta works VERY well. It is approved for long-term use and I would take it every night except that my insurance doesn't cover it. I've tried the 2mg and 3mg. Both work, but I think I like the 2mg for myself best (my doctor gave me samples).
