Money wise Blessed Herbs is may be one of the more expensive ones. In your case where you are regular I would not worry too much about the colon.
If you want a cheaper cleanse check out the FAQ at the top of the page and read up on the PB shakes.
Another option is for 3 weeks 1 tsp of Epsom Salts in the morning, if you e-mail me I will send you the information, it is from Andreas Moritz copyrighted book so I don't want to post it on an open forum.
A good thing about the cleanses are that it does not have to cost a lot of money.
As long as you are not constipated you can do the liverflush right away too on the 2 days of the flush the Epsom Salts will clean you out. This would be good for your boyfriend it often relaxes the back.
The complicated thing about the forums is that there is not one perfect way of doing things, since there are many different methods. You have only read one book but there are thousands more out there.
Some say do parasite cleanse first and then other ones say do colon and liverflush first, because it is important that the liver and colon are clean.
I hope I did not more confuse you, but I hate it when people feel they have to start to spend a lot of money on supplements.
The wonderful things is that a lot of cleansing is not costly.
