It is good what you are doing.

It isn't experimenting, as bio-identical hormone balancing has been used a long time, but in the US, Big Pharma would like you to think bio-identicals are all the same as their synthetics. Not so. Not even close. (Don't know if you are in the US or not....)

I was ready to commit hairy kairy myself with all the horrible symptoms until I went to a doc for natural hormones and am back to living. My meno- hit me almost overnight. It was due to living a toxic life (considered to be normal however) until then, which I had to change.

You could balance yourself, but it would be very difficult to figure out and manage. It is easier to use a good doc, but that too can be somewhat hard to find, but so worth it.

The good news is that there is a good safe proven answer to the problems if you seek.
