Re: One day fine, next day taking Estrogen. It creeps up.
Thank you for your responses.
Yes, it sure seems everything went out of whack on me -- all on the same day. I keep thinking and saying I had no idea about this. And I guess it's like any disease: it just appears.
The estrogen is helping mostly (it's soy-based, by the way). I have so much stress in my life that it's hard to cut through it. I'm sure it's this native stress that catapulted my current symptoms into such an obnoxious state.
I've looked at sam-e and st John's wort, but I went with the estrogen since it seemed to me that this is what was *missing*. I found how it works: estrogen lowers MAO in the brain (or keeps it low). MAO, if allowed to rise, eats up your seratonin.
I'm trying to naturally relax (but, as I noted, it's hard). I've completely cut out alcohol and coffee.
Yes, with the book you can take or leave the advice. But it's all an experiment, isn't it? Hard to know, almost impossible to know, what you should do.
This is the first time in my life that I'd like to be a man. I guess I'd be gay :-)
