"I" believe Dr. Hal Huggins when it comes to cholesterol testing.

He did the studies, the group testing with atheletes, etc., etc. Dr. Huggins exposed the mercury dental poisons to the USA and they chased him out of the USA to Mexico many, many years ago...............

His conclusions:

The PERFECT ADULT - 220 plus their age.

I should have a test of 270, I am sure a doctor would want me below 200, maybe closer to 150. Why? Because under 200 your a candidate for cancer/heart disease.

I have seen the cholesterol drugs murder more people than any other drug, it killed many of the people I worked in the factor with. A MD that prescribes these drugs are like the dentist that still use mercury. In my book, you flee these quacks and avoid them like the plague, because they are the modern plagues.

Plant Fats maintain the clean blood system along with proper hydration. The fastest way to high cholesterol is to be dehydrated.

1-3 tablespoons of lecithin and or olive oil or the plant fat of choice. Maybe just a few tablespoons of flax seeds soaked over night in water, I mean you can get your plant fats with many seeds and fruits. For fluids, 1/2 gallon of fruit juice of your choice and you have it made, you should be doctor/drug free.

With diabetes I still would take the kidney/pancreas formula to dissolve ther rocks and dewormer to make sure no fluke lives in the pancreas.

Who needs a test, when they know the diet is the cause? Correct your diet, for get the medical testing, those test are for drug use, not your recovery.

This is a FACT:
The $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ spent in the USA on health testing every year, would indeed FEED THE WORLD.... This is why the pharmacudical companies and big brothers have always been one and the same group of people who see us slaves as their stock.

When the farmers come around with their needles, RUN and HIDE until it is safe to come out.
