I have not been keeping up on this as much as I would like too... thanks. I do know that Monsanto loves to sue farmers found with its Genetically-Modified-Organisms products in their fields whether wind blown during seeding or cross pollinating.

How are the courts on their decisions?

Regardless, the very action of suing a farmer minding his own business and trying to do what is right in the face of adversity aught to be a crime in itself.
