I'd say that it's a possibility, IF all the variables are understood. Many times, a lot of micro-organisms are fought with 'by-products' from other micro-organisms ( Antibiotics , for example?).

BUT, to ingest a live specimen to neutralize another one and without understanding the possible consequences fully is a different story, in my opinion.
