This actually sounds like something different from exfoliative cheilitis. It sounds like angular cheilitis, which is the red cracks extending from the corners of your mouth. It is often caused by a riboflavin deficiency. It can also be an infection of some kind, which sounds more likely to me since you seem to have a healthy, well-balanced diet that includes a lot of milk and vitamins. I would say it is much easier to diagnose than what we have, so try seeing a doctor about it and maybe they can pinpoint the cause.
