hi, your problem sounds alot like how mine started, exactly actually. What your experiencing is an allergic reaction to that your putting on your lips. Probably the propolis in the beeswax balm. I suggest just putting an all natural oil on you lips every day for a month and let them settle. It takes time. Mine took several months. Hopefully you ca ward off any future exfoliative cheilitis which will probably result if you dont care for them properly now, that was my biggest mistake. Use pure shea butter or cocoa butter or something, make sure it is pure and no chemicals or beeswax. You need to figure out what is the allergy and how to counter it. Tweet
