Re: My test has been Celery...

If your using an underpowered blender you will have serious problems with high fiber produce. The blade design of the blender needs cutting and hammer blades to do the job properly. It will take a 300+$ blender to do whole food juice of hard fiberous produce. If you use anything short of 2hp. it will only make a mess!In my quest to find a good blender I visited my healthfood store that served smoothies.I asked about the blender they was using, and what they thought of it.She smilled and said she loved the vitamix4500 model they had.She said they tried cheaper models and had blades break and many other issues.I then checked out vitamix info. and latter on made the purchase.Proper tools make the job easy and enjoyable.Underpowered tools simply arent worth wasting your time on.
