I read some of the literature on http://www.rawfoodadvantage.com
and they talked about how blending is better than juicing because juicing doesn't get any of the stage 2 juice out. I found their literature a little confusing. They also seem to say that for the average person with good digestion, juicing is NOT good for you! hmmmmmm...
Can someone shed any light on Stage 2 Juice ....its importance, maybe how to get it...any personal experience?
