Re: Soo, just curious?...

The best pressing juicer would be the walker press.A hydrolic press with a chopper atachment, very heavy and way expensive. The next best thing is a juicer using triturating twin gear action for extraction. The gs3000 is a very good model for juiceing.I am unaware of a nonbias databank on the info. you seek about stage 2 juice. But as far as enzyme depletion goes on blending fresh produce. As long as you keep the temp. down along with the blend time its not a problem.I use water from the fridge and the produce as well.then I through in 2 ice cubes before the main blending cycle. The smoothie comes out well chilled. On the other end of the spectrum, you can cook with a highpower blender.Put in hot water add soup ingredients run until steam starts coming out the lid.3min.soup fast and easy, cleanup takes about 3-5min.Im using an older 2hp. model today there are 3hp. and 3+hp. models available. The more powerfull models require less blend time, cant wait to get one for myself.May we all be blessd with vibrant health, and happy holidays to everyone!
