I really appreciate the help finallyfaith!

Right now I'm biting down on a CS soaked piece of gauze.

Are you asking if it drains into my mouth through the hole in my sinus or the back of my throat? I don't feel anything draining into my mouth right now.

If I put some in my nose shouldn't it hit the spot and then drain down the back of my throat?

Also, what about cayenne soaked gauze? I've got some cayenne oil.
