10 ppm is good, altho i have no clue if that brand is quality or not. someone else may know.
you can try different things with it. you can soak some gauze in it and pack it in there. you can try applying some directly to the area with an eye dropper. you can drink some, several times throughout the day. you can swish some (gently) around in your mouth. experiment and see what seems to help the most.
does water drain from your nasal passages, into your sinus cavity, and then into your mouth? if so then you can add just a bit of Sea Salt to the CS and then pour it directly into your nose, then allow it to drain thru your sinus and into your mouth. if you don't add some salt, the solution iwll burn your nose. it wont do you harm, but it iwll be uncomfortable. you need to get the whole area sterilized and coated with the healing silver solution. the more the better.
