Boldyloxx where you using the Sea Salt , eucalyptus and peroxide in your nose you mean with a cotton swab? They are always moving around to different areas, seems the ones I got are moving to the ear canal and back and fourth. They like to hang around in my left side sinus for some reason cause I can't breath on that side and sometimes they move more to the right side.
