please help me identify....PHOTOS

HI, i really cant get into my story but it has been a long battle and i feel defeated.........i have been to "physicians", have taken many tests, tried many treatments.........but my problem is that i'm so fogged, get so confused, can't concentrate, can't remember ......i'm f**king lost!!!!! i've lost myself.....i'm so alone....i wont dare to try to explain this to anyone ever again...NO WAY.
I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO......I hate the fact that i'm so helpless and now hopeless....can somebdy...ANYBODY,... please browse my photos and maybe point me in the right direction.......i'll pay you...i'll love you.....
