Re: First Timer with ACNE

Body maintenance is a daily thing for me, like
body brushing, oil-pulling, and exercising etc.,
but it also runs in cycles, relative to cleansing.

You want to alternate periods of detoxing with
periods of rebuilding and integrating. If you
have any bowel issues, that is usally the best
place to begin. Ideally one wants to achieve a
bowel movement after each meal and one upon rising.
If you drink a glass of water before any coffee,
tea or juice, within 15 minutes, you should be
eliminating.

Certainly, worming ones self is a priority and then
time to clean the *filters* which can include a liver
flush or kidney flush.

Once you get your liver functioning well, which
means getting good oils into your body, ones which
are plant based like olive or flax or coconut etc.,
you will ultimately not have to Liver Flush very
frequently.

Certainly parasite cleansing is something
to keep your body functioning optimally and most
of us have parasites and the risk rises since you
interact with others and parasites can be passed
easily through unwashed hands, bad water, etc.

I would encourage you to look at the different
forums on Curezone and ask questions and read
in the archives. Getting an education through
homeschooling yourself in alternative medicine
will not be time wasted.

My plan usually includes a parasite cleanse or 2
a year, a yearly candida cleanse, a kidney flush
which is easy to do, juice and drink a watermelon
in season~! I did do a designated kidney flush
after my first month long Master Cleanse since it
did feel like debris in my kidneys had been stirred
up so I used an actual cleanse to further dissolve
and flush out old kidney grit.

In between the cleansing, when I am on my rebuilding
and integrating cycle, I will juice and use green
drinks to rebuild, strengthen and revolumnize my blood.

Improvements in diet and avoiding things like MSG
and Aspartame etc. will ultimately enhance your
lifestyle and the way you feel. The goal is to be
well, happy, have energy, and to feel good/great
about yourself, as well, have a buffed up immune
system which can take on what the world exposes you
to...ggg.

Liver Flushing I do just like I change the oil in
my car, well actually, I pay a cute young guy to
do that, but you know what I mean. It took time for
my body(vehicle) to fall into disrepair, and it will
take patience and time to get everything back into
tiptop shape, but the effort is worth it.

I have been doing an annual 30 day Master-Cleanse although this
year I am going to do a series of 10 dayers since I
feel I am at a really good place in my cleansing now
and can focus on keeping the shine up with shorter
cleanses. I also like using the Master-Cleanse for weekend or day
cleanses just to emotionally bring me back into focus.
It seems if you get a good slide going back into
bad habits, that can be a major red flag. So I keep
maple syrup on hand and lemons and use the drink to
remind me of my goal to maintain health as well, to
get in a good dose of cayenne since that stuff is
an amazing healing herb...

I wish you luck and success on your cleansing journey!

be happy, be well,
Zoe
