First Timer with ACNE

HI, I want to start The Master Cleanse lemoade diet for the first time but was wondering about its effects on acne. I am currently taking Tetracycline for cystic Acne and while my skin is doing fine now, I'm a little nervous that starting the cleanse will just bring it all out again, especially if I have to stop taking my Antibiotics , which seems to be reccommended. I haven't read anything specifically on this but should I stop taking my meds? Should I wait until after the holidays to start the cleanse to avoid any adverse side effects (bad breath/ Body Odor and of course Acne break outs.)
