I'm sure some of the more wise posters will give you some good advice. They're prob gonna tell you: no meds. I think there's a good chance your skin could get worse before it gets better. All I wanted to say is that this should be a pleasant experience for you. The cleanse may be tough, it may be easy but I def. think it would be to your benefit not to be distracted by your appearance. I know I'd be thinking of all family photo's that include my big breakout, my sister trying to pop my zits after dinner plus the temptations of the holiday treats would be a real challenge. Are you going to have to explain to everyone five times over why you are not eating Aunt Lee's veggie dip that you usually devour? Would that be fun? I would suggest considering starting it after the holidays when you have less on your plate.
