Look where we are! An Alternative Alcohol Addiction & Abuse Support Forum. If it was that easy, just tell myself don’t drink, sites would never be needed.

Sugar may be a player in the problem, but eating too much Sugar isn’t the problem, alcohol is!

My solution to my alcoholism differs from where most here are prepared to go, that’s OK, but we all are in the grip of the same disease.

It seems that just telling it no ain’t worth squat.
