Freaking out on Thanksgiving Eve!

Hi,
I am freaking out a bit because I'm having symptoms I've never experienced before in my 39 years. I'm having my period, and have a constant dull pain in my right breast only, and my right aereola is enlarged and changing (kind of hard to describe, but it's like a ridge formed around the nipple, then went away). The pain has been with me for several days. (it also seems to extend a bit into my shoulder and back in the form of a dull ache....) I'm very concerned because it's only on one side. The left breast is symptom free. A friend told me sometimes a lot of caffeine can cause this sort of problem. And it's true, I have been drinking a lot of coffee lately. Still, the one- sided thing, and the fact that I've never had any breast discomfort (only uterus cramps) during my period are making me extremely anxious. The word cancer keeps swirling around in my head, and I have no insurance, so that only increases my anxiety level...
