OK, I clicked on the links you provided and downloaded the driver/s. I saved the monitor info for future reference. I also put the cord in a different socket. Next I will by a new surge protector. This I did last night and I'm happy to say that it has taken care of my problem. It hasn't acted up all day WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!!.
