OK, regardless of the oil I used or anything with me, I was just wondering if anyone has successfully treated any problems with oil pulling. As I see some people have noticed better teeth and gums. Has anybody else noticed any improvements in their health(i.e.: clearer skin, reduced sinus problems,cured headaches...etc) after using oil pulling for a month or more? Tweet
