Give any health program at least 2 months before you form an opinion. If your in good health you may not notice any improvement for a year.

I am not working on any health problem, so the only difference I notice is a cleaner mouth, teeth and gums. Some pulls the oil color is the same as when I put it in. Other times it is yellow in color, so I'm getting some action.

Keep in mind that oil pulling is not a wonder cure. If you have a poor diet, don't exercise and do nothing to relieve stress, then don't expect oil pulling to help that much.
