I think you have depression. Seriously. Chronic self-gratification is a sign of Depression -- your mind is craving the endorphin and serotonin boost of orgasm. (This is why so many anti-depressants have the side-effect of making people non-orgasmic.) There is a simple solution at your fingertips, if you will just move them away from your crotch!

I promise you, if you treat the spiritual part of your problem/s by: making an effort to be helpful at your job, being GRATEFUL that you have a job, taking extra special time to be thankful about your life (i.e., be helpful to your roommate, do nice things for co-workers, write some thank-you e-mails to people like Hopinso who have given to your sorry thankless whiny ass their TIME and ATTENTION, -- these things are what constitute living a spiritual life, not going to church, mean. Being connected with others and doing things to further those connections and be of service, rather than lying around lamenting life with your pecker in your hand -- apparently making things even more painful physically, too -- anyway, start by doing this stuff, and you will FEEL better and your PHYSICAL problems will go away. It is that easy! Really!

Remember, treat the spiritual, and the mental and physical will follow! The universe is looking after you and brought you to Curezone, when it sounds like you could have ended up in a much worse place!

Take heart and ask for connection to others, and freedom from the bondage of self-obsession. Your hand on your dick, as you say, is the leash that enslaves you....
