You made a good point that should consider.
But colud you help me please in my dilemma.
Where in this picture ( vitamin D and now vitamin F ) you see
- the information that saturated fats are also essential for calcium absorption
- Magnesium is supposed to be essential for Calicum absorption.
In all kind of isolated information that all attacks same problem : Calcium absorption I am forced to find the connection between all the stories so that I can act and manage the equilibirum of intaking food.
