Desperate and In Pain~My Plan
I have had very serious bowel problems for the past year, since I re-injured my spine in an auto accident. My doctor is not that worried and thinks once my spine heals everything will return to normal. So far none of the most popular forms of colon cleansing have given me long term relief.
A little over three years ago I did P&B shakes along with regular liver flushing,
The Master Cleanse and a
parasite cleanse. At one point I passed nearly five feet of mucoid plaque in two bowel movements. The second movement was about two feet of plaque followed by another two feet of what was obviously psyllium. I thought I was cured for life. However, a stressful job, financial worries, return to a bad diet and the accident seem to have undone all my previous success.
I am lucky if I have one natural BM a week. Right now I am so bloated even my "fat pants" are too tight in the waist and stomach, but hang on me everywhere else. For once I am thankful to be in a wheelchair so people don't see how awful I look. I feel awful too, and the last three days I am so bloated that the back pain and my ability to walk are worse than ever. I took a dose of
Epsom Salt an hour and half ago, but so far-nothing.
After coming back to Curezone and doing a lot of research I decided to try Colosan. I was able to get a bottle of the powder and a bottle of capsules for less than one bottle of
Oxypowder . I am hoping this will clear me out. After I do the Colosan cleanse I am considering doing either an IF#1 or a P&B shake cleanse. But I wonder if this is a good idea. Right now the herbal stimulant laxatives cause unbearable pain and take anywhere from 20-36 hours just to work. I can't deal with fiber either, even a salad causes severe bloating.
After this long introduction my question is, do y'all think doing a long term cleanse first with colosan (for flushing), then followed by a cleanse that used senna and fiber would be too much? I already have the supplies for the Senna tea and fiber cleanse, after a couple of days I realized this was not going to work right now. But, I wonder if I get good and cleaned out by the Colosan if the other cleanse would solve the problems of weak peristalsis and perhaps more mucoid plaque. I am hoping getting my colon in shape will help my back pain and even my walking ability. Right now I can feel the pressure from the bloated colon on my Sciatic nerve and the pain is terrible. By the way, I have tried enemas, but when you have trouble walking and getting up and down, enemas are not a good idea-trust me.
