*I'm now wondering why I mixed my experiences with the 'inner child' concept, with Barbara Sher's Wishcraft.*
this stood out to me too, in an Aha!
So simple, as you say, Fledgling. May I just put it straight and direct--as I notice Lori has just been, and posted a long and reflective reply.
It looks as though this 'inner child' of you(rs) wants to be the one to host and facilitate (or otherwise introduce
and embrace, overarchingly) Wishcraft groups. And, the adult in you maybe hasn't noticed that the "child"
is able to meet it now, more than halfway?
If that doesn't resonate, maybe you could consider some other facet of this same jewel, as it were.
(you know, diamond in the rough, hidden in plain sight...that sort of thing)

PS. I didn't intend this to sound glib or dismissive...Excitement and conviction can get the better of my writing style. Actually, you *sparked the flow* ( to mix it up) and I look back now, and realize lots of things about Wishcraft, and a whole lot of other stuff that constellated around that time, like "dream groups" and so on, were wonderful seedings...
I have something quite lengthy I wrote today and yesterday that comes partly from your postings about Wishcraft, and your thoughts, and also reflects off Lori's post here...and the whole inner child/Holy child subject, which is dear to my heart. If you want to read it, just say the word. You might find it interesting, but others may find it excessive, so I hesitate to just blithely post. it's about seven pages. Gulp. But it's really brought a lot of things together for me-- so I wanted to thank you..and Lori, and everyone else who's part of this, MadArtist, etc...
which is just about everyone of course. Okay. Enough. Time for a bath.
I'm back to being Chiron--but the trouble with that is the writing! It has a life of its own.
