Thank you for sharing your journey and for posting "doors" to pass through.

I printed "Wishcraft" and am reading it right now, and so far, have had "aha" moments at almost every page.

For the past couple of years, I have been undertaking a sort of rejuvenation of body and spirit, moving slowly (at my pace) but can say that I have grown more in the past 2 years than in the previous ten.

So many of the points in the book, have already come to me, and so many new ones are so encouraging, it is good to know I have been making many good "mini-discoveries" and moving in the right direction, and so very freeing to understand that there are possibilities to make the necessary changes to nurture and become our true selves.

I will keep on posting as I move forward with the book, and will keep on watching for your always truly heartfelt posts. It was through your words that I first considered the notion of hugging myself! What a healing thing to do.
