Re: Cancer and glyconutrients

In addition to the Moss reports, I would check out http://www.doctoryourself.com/cancer.html and also consider a maximum supportive program of juicing/slurried that can include heavy duty vitamins and supplements, as well as the digestive support of pancreatic and other enzymes (see Wm Kelley, Nick Gonzalez & detox) both with and between meals, and possibly digestive support with betaine HCl. For heavy supportive vitamin supplements, see the most recent Abram Hoffer & Linus Pauling cancer books (more in the books esp CoQ10 than these links -http://www.doctoryourself.com/cancer_hoffer.html etc). I think that glyconutrients are a digestive support item that could have benefits but don't blow your money on expensive MLM products - look at LoweDuane's formula posts here and maybe the Bird formula, perhaps consider adding these components to your juice. These can be used as complementary support to a conventional program, I personally would not tolerate an anti-"mega"vitamin doctor; you might find a naturopathic physcian (ND/NMD) specializing in cancer or an orthomolecular MD in your area (ND licensed in 14 states - where I live cancer MD work with ND on their respective focus areas). LEF.org supports its members (~$75/yr?) with ND recommendations for their pricey supplements but I personally buy Costco, Sams Club, Puritans Pride (internet) and Swanson (internet) as cheap but reasonable sources of their *quality* supplements in suitable quantity & strength. I can't say enough good things about http://www.doctoryourself.com as a great starting point but I would be more aggresive, Saul is still accumulating writings so not everything is there. Juice, big supplements recommended by a ND or orthomed MD 4x day, enzymes/digestive aids, clean diet (no sugar/starch/trans fat), glycos, rest & exercise with any "main treatments" alt or conventional would be my choice. I would consider intravenous C & other nutrients. Read Hoffer+Pauling, Wm Kelley (internet) & combine. Read Moss. Think. Act. And don't let anybody "boss" you around or belittle your choices. Good luck.
