Re: Cancer and glyconutrients

Thank you for the information.  We have done extensive research on the disease.  I am a nurse so thankfully I can sort through medical journals and research with some understanding.  My dad is very commited to healing himself.  He hasn't reached the point that the disease has robbed him of his physical or mental strength.  He has always been very healthy.  Never had a surgery, not on any medications, no high blood pressure, no diabetes, ect.  He has a strong faith in the Lord.  We have changed his diet.  No fat, no refined sugar, lots of juicing, all organic, no red meat.  He has installed filters on all of the faucets and showers.  He is using healing meditation cds.  That is just the beginning.  We figure that hitting it from all directions must have some benefit.  He also starts traditional chemo today at 8:30 am.  The big problem that we are having right now is weight loss.  With this new diet, it is hard to get the calories.  Anyone have any suggestions.  We need to keep the weight up to continue with the optimal chemo dose.  Regarding the glyconutrients, if all they do is help him get through the chemo a little easier, we will consider them worth the money.  We'll see what happens.  We are thinking of starting essaic tea if he doesn't get too nauseated.  Thanks again for the info, I will look into those things.

Denise
