inner thigh eczema

I have had this problem for 2 years now and just as it seems like it gets better it gets bad again, I used to have anal itching and vaginal itching that spread to the tops of the inner thighs and then after taking oils and being careful it has now stayed on my inner right thigh and my outer vagina, but sometimes it itches in the outer lips and it can drive me crazy and it is so embarassing bc i have to go to the loo to scratch - i have tried parasite cleansing and am on it again but i really want this to stop - is this normal type of eczema/normal or should i go to a doctor if it might be something else? Thanks in advice for input
