Re: liver flushing

Hello~

Well, I am waiting to take my 8am dose of epsom salt, so am just at the exciting point in my liver flush, waiting to see what rolled out of the gallbladder.

I am not sure what to really recommend about your timing. People who have flushed here where I live and friends have mixed day afters. Some feel like sheet, and others feel fine and renewed. If you can be flexible and leave work if you happen to feel a little less than enthusiastic, well, go for it. My last liver flush, I went with my neighbors the morning after, at 11 and cut wood and loaded it up to bring home. I would not really recommend that level of activity but it was something in the works we had planned previous but it was a conflict for me. There have been flushes which found me in bed the next day deciding that integration and rest was a better choice. My neighbors wife flushes more than I do and has the same results, some good days after, some that keep you lying low.

Mine this time so far has been really good. I did take 3 Oxypowder at 3 pm, so it would help clean me out by 10. I shifted my time too, so I did the protocol an hour later since I find it difficult to go to sleep at 10 but easy to go to sleep at 11.
This meant I also drank my epsoms at 7pm and 9pm.

I followed Seunim's modification and added 1/2 tsp of tumeric and 1/2 tsp of ground ginger to my oil potion. I slept like a baby after 30 minutes of laying on my back and mostly meditating on my liver, sort of like when you are waiting to pee and you relax your bladder's sphincter muscles and the pee will come. I was visualizing my gallbladder pushing out stones. I had recently seen this really cool animation on television of the way the bile comes into the gallbladder so my understanding of why we even eat so much fat free food the day of the flush made more sense. I ate non-fat homemade veggie soup I had frozen and had a baked potato and a quart of the Master-Cleanse lemonade. More water and so by 11 I was nice and cleaned out and sleep was perfect.

Here is Seunim's Liver Flush from his MCing blog. //www.curezone.org/blogs/m.asp?f=817&i=8

I can recommend MCers checking out his weblog, especially the first days where he is parasite cleansing in prep for the cleanse.

I wish you much luck when you decide to do your liver flush. After doing it for awhile, everything seems routine for me. I also had done a month of stone softener after my last Master-Cleanse and before my last liver flush. This turned the stones to jelly sort of so I do not know what to expect this flush since my last one was so productive. Ultimately, I will get back to taking a dose of lecithan which helps discourage the formation of stones. Its always a great feeling though to have another Liver Flush behind you. It gets easier but I remember those first ones feeling more than a little anxious. It may not help to say that most likely all will be well, and certainly any aversion to the tastes are worth it, but they are, and it will be okay whenever you decide to try it out for your first time.

I wish you the best~!

be happy, be well,
Zoe
