For many years I used lecithan and then when I
moved more south and the lecithan pearls were not
as easy to keep when I was traveling a lot, I stopped
using them. That seemed to me to be when symptoms of
stone formation began to make themselves known.
I began flushing however at a friends suggestion
when she was doing one. This was years ago. I began
to routinely do the flush, often just a couple a year.
I have been doing them more recently (past few years)
since I am at a point in my life where I am landed for
a little while and the cleansing is easier for me.
I am not a counter, nor someone who keeps a scale even, so
I count my success in how I feel and how my clothes feel.
My
Liver Flush yesterday produced only a cup of pea size
stones but also a ton of
parasite egg sacs which was an eye
opener! It will influence the direction of my cleansing. I
have been zapping extensively so know what I am doing is a
sign of progress. Body maintenance is something which is an
ongoing process and often your body will tell you when it
needs something like a liver flush...if your back/shoulder
area aches, your liver/gallbladder area aches, then that
would indicate a good time to flush. Also, if your body's
*filters* are congested, your body will detox through the
skin, with eruptions, acne, etc. and this is a good indication
of a good time to flush. So, either symptoms or timing are
the way I determine when to flush.
I am beginning to integrate using lecithan pearls again in
my supplementing and also using other good oils like flax
and coconut. I am certain though I will never be hiring a
surgeon to remove my gallbladder~!
Fasting promotes the formation of stones due to the lack of
fat in the diet so this is why we recommend doing a liver
flush before and after a cleanse, especially if you plan on
doing an extended Master Cleanse.
