Hi there!...:-( I had a very unexpected busy Saturday that ended up not allowing me to do my first LF, even though I purchased everything and was ready to rock.
If you work full time is a Liver-Flush something I can do on Monday? starting the process at 4pm and following the procedure? wasn't sure what to expect the next morning? I'm very comfortable doing SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and Master-Cleanse while working ..I have plenty of bathrooms available. Also my friend dropped by and gave me a Oxypowder , she recommended taking 4 to 6 pills before the 10pm last ES drink...have you ever encorporated this?
if doing a Liver-Flush on Monday is recommended that I would do the Master-Cleanse and apple juice up till 2pm and then start my 4pm protocol.
