Re: Allergic or too much detox?

I'm sure I'm not allergic and I think, from what Molly has said, she's not either.  Each of us got a reaction from too many foot pads on at one time.  The detox reaction subsided as soon as we backed off with them.  For myself, I was up to 6 (!) each night - three on each foot, and got the reaction I described in my first post.  I backed down to just one on each foot, and the reaction is subsiding.  The OPing seems to aid the subsiding reactions, as it's cleaning up the aftermath quite nicely.

My foot pads are still coming back EWWW (dark brown, slimey, smelly) each morning.  Even the reaction I had to my process (2 each night for a week, followed by 4 each night for a week, followed by 6 each night for a week) took 2 weeks and 5 days before I had a reaction.  So, I don't think it's an allergic reaction to the foot pads - just to the toxins released into the blood stream that I requested of my body by using the foot pads.
