While its true that having bananas will compromise your fast, and in essence it will no longer be the Master Cleanse; you can amend the Master-Cleanse to meet your needs. I was wondering if you could make a smoothie with the lemonade drink (perhaps omitting the cayenne) a banana and perhaps some antioxidant rich berries. Once again, this is NOT the MC, but something like this would help meet your needs. Why not try a liquid diet using blended bananas and berries for a week, the segue to a traditional MC. This way you can see if you can cleanse with the pure Master Cleanse drink without compromising your presents needs. I suggest adding the berries so the additional anti-oxidants can deal with some of the free radicals released as you cleanse at a slower and more gentle rate. This pre-cleanse before the "by-the-book" Master-Cleanse will allow you to prepare to fast, give you the needed potassium, and also get your body in a detoxing mode. You could do three banana-berry smoothies and three Master-Cleanse drinks that include the cayenne pepper every day until you either feel cleansed or feel ready to begin the MC.
