Very happy to read this and hope the hip joints will stay healthy thruout.
I too have been having pains in the hip (& other) joints and would like to know how you went about making the 25% Solay from the himalayan salt. I will not be able to read the book, so would appreciate it,if you could let me know how to go about preparing it. I do oil pulling and after rinse the mouth with himalayan salt and water but still have´nt done this long enough to see any results, so would like to try what worked for you.
